1.2. Customizing Donation Messages
There are four customizable messages patrons will encounter when they're making a donation: a short message in the small donation widget, a long message on the donation page, and "thank you" messages on the donation receipt page and in the donation receipt email.
All the messages can be customized from Manage → Web Sales → Donation Messages.
The Short Message is used in the sidebar of your main public sales page.
The Main Message is used on pages that describe why you are asking for a donation.
The Thanks web message is the brief message that will appear on the receipt page your patrons see immediately after completing a donation transaction. This message will be the first thing patrons see after clicking the Place Order button.
The Thanks email message is a brief message included in the email receipt patrons receive after completing a donation transaction. You may leave this blank if you wish.
